¿A que hora debo entrar para asegurarme estar en pista? / What time should I enter to make sure I am on the dance floor?

ES: Lo más temprano posible, desde las 18:00h se podrá acceder al evento. El aforo en pista es limitado sujeto a completar aforo.

¿Habrá ropero? ¿aceptan mochilas? / Will there be a wardrobe? Do you accept backpacks?

ES: SI, habrá taquillas con capacidad para 2 prendas, o 1 prenda y 1 mochila, estarán situadas en los accesos al recinto.

EN: YES, there will be lockers with capacity for 2 garments, or 1 garment and 1 backpack, they will be located at the entrances to the venue. Will be lockers of different sizes at the entrances and on the terrace of the stand.

¿Habrá sello de salida? / Will there be an exit stamp?

ES: SI, a partir de las 20:00h. Podrás adquirir tu pulsera de salida por la puerta 2 y salir del recinto. Luego debes acceder por las puertas 1, 3 o 7. El precio de la pulsera de salida será de 10€.

¿Puedo cambiar o devolver las entradas? / Can I change or return the tickets?

ES: NO, las entradas no son reembolsables, ni pueden cambiarse por las de otro día o evento, tampoco está permitida la cesión de un día del abono.

¿Podré entrar con la entrada de otra persona? / Can I enter with another person's ticket?

ES: NO, las entradas son nominativas. Puedes ceder tu entrada y hacer el cambio de nombre en https://www.fourvenues.com/cambio o venderla en www.ticketswap.es plataforma autorizada de venta de entradas entre particulares.

¿Podré salir con bebida fuera de las zonas delimitadas de barra libre? / Can I go outside the delimited areas of the open bar with a drink?

ES: NO, sólo podrás pedir y consumir tu bebida dentro de la zona delimitada de Barra Libre, podrás bajar libremente a la pista sin la bebida y volver a la zona de Barra Libre cuantas veces necesites.

EN: NO, You will only be able to order and consume your drink within the Open Bar area, you will be free to go down to the dance floor without your drink and return to the Open Bar area as many times as you need.

¿Cuál será el método de pago en el festival?/ What will be the payment method at the festival?

ES: El medio de pago será a través de Tarjetas de Crédito/Débito, Monederos digitales (como Apple Pay y Google Pay) si sólo puedes pagar con efectivo, podrás solicitar al *Personal encargado, una pulsera cashless para que puedas recargarla con efectivo en los dispositivos que habrá para tal fin en la Pista y en la Terraza de la Grada. El *Personal encargado que te facilitará la pulsera, estará junto a los dispositivos.

Para recuperar el saldo restante de tu pulsera, el día siguiente a la finalización del Festival, se publicará en nuestra web un enlace a través del cual podrás solicitar el reembolso sin gastos de tramitación ni de transferencia.

EN: The means of payment will be through Credit/Debit Cards, Digital Wallets (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) if you can only pay with cash, you can ask the *Staff in charge, a cashless wristband so you can recharge it with cash in the devices that will be available for this purpose in the Track and in the Terrace of the Grandstand. The *Staff in charge who will give you the wristband will be next to the devices.

To recover the remaining balance of your wristband, the day after the end of the Festival, a link will be published on our website through which you can request a refund with no processing or transfer fees.

La edad mínima para acceder al evento es de 18 años. No se realizan cambios de entradas para otros eventos, ni por otras entradas para el mismo evento, ni devoluciones por motivos ajenos al promotor.
Las entradas adquiridas son de uso personal e intransferible. El nombre que figure en la entrada deberá coincidir con la documentación del portador.
Te recordamos que es obligatorio acompañar físicamente a la entrada de un documento de identidad oficial, DNI, NIE, Pasaporte, Carnet de conducir.
No nos hacemos responsables de las entradas adquiridas fuera de los canales oficiales de venta. Asegúrate de tener descargada la entrada en tu dispositivo los días previos al evento para evitar sorpresas de última hora.
En caso de que no puedas asistir al evento, puedes vender tu entrada a través de Ticketswap.es plataforma autorizada de reventa de entradas entre particulares ó realizar el cambio de nombre en https://www.fourvenues.com/cambio abonando un suplemento.
Queda reservado el derecho de admisión bajo determinadas condiciones, incluyendo alcohol, drogas o sustancias estupefacientes o actitudes violentas, entre otras.
Tanto tú como el resto de titulares de entradas consentís la grabación de imágenes y sonido por formar parte del público espectador. Un espectáculo puede incluir efectos especiales incluidos, sin que esta relación tenga carácter exhaustivo, efectos de sonido, audiovisuales, pirotécnicos.
