🇪🇸 El medio de pago será a través de Tarjetas de Crédito/Débito, Monederos digitales (como Apple Pay y Google Pay) si sólo puedes pagar con efectivo, podrás solicitar al *Personal encargado, una pulsera ó tarjeta cashless para que puedas recargarla con efectivo en los dispositivos que habrá para tal fin en la Pista , en la Grada y en la Terraza de la Grada. El *Personal encargado que te facilitará la pulsera ó tarjeta , estará junto a los dispositivos.

Para recuperar el saldo restante de tu pulsera, el día siguiente a la finalización del Festival, se publicará en nuestra web un enlace a través del cual podrás solicitar el reembolso sin gastos de tramitación ni de transferencia. ( Los bono copas no son reembolsables )

If you can only pay with cash, you may request a cashless wristband or card from the staff. You’ll be able to top it up with cash at the designated devices located on the Dance Floor, in the Stands, and on the Stand Terrace. The staff members who provide the wristbands or cards will be stationed next to these devices.

To recover any remaining balance on your wristband, the day after the Festival ends, a link will be published on our website through which you can request a refund — with no processing or transfer fees.
(Drink vouchers are non-refundable.)
