Changes Shop
Only products from the online shop, tickets cannot be exchanged or returned.
The exchange is possible up to 15 days after the purchase, only if the product is in perfect condition.
If you wish to return a product, please follow the instructions below.
- Put the product you want to return inside a plastic bag or cardboard box to protect it.
- Include a piece of paper with your order number, email address, full name, and a text indicating the size for which you wish to exchange the product.
- Send it to BW MUSIC S.L Calle Santiago de Compostela 64, Torre 8 Local 35 – 28034 Madrid .
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Once we receive and verify the perfect condition of the product in our warehouse, we take care of the new shipment from our warehouse to you at no additional cost.
Refunds Shop

You have 15 days to return the products in case you change your mind or the product is not to your liking., only if the product is in perfect conditions.

- Put the product you want to return inside a plastic bag or cardboard box to protect it.
- Include a piece of paper with your order number, email address, full name, and a text that says “Return, I request a refund” inside the package.
- Send it to BW MUSIC S.L Calle Santiago de Compostela 64, Torre 8 Local 35 – 28034 Madrid .
- We will issue a refund as soon as we verify the perfect condition of the product once we receive it in our warehouse.
- Please note that we refund the cost of the item and not the shipping costs.
