Changes Shop

Only products from the online shop, tickets cannot be exchanged or returned.

The exchange is possible up to 15 days after the purchase, only if the product is in perfect condition.

If you wish to return a product, please follow the instructions below.

  • Put the product you want to return inside a plastic bag or cardboard box to protect it.
  • Include a piece of paper with your order number, email address, full name, and a text indicating the size for which you wish to exchange the product.

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Once we receive and verify the perfect condition of the product in our warehouse, we take care of the new shipment from our warehouse to you at no additional cost.

  • We will issue a refund as soon as we verify the perfect condition of the product once we receive it in our warehouse.
  • Please note that we refund the cost of the item and not the shipping costs.
