How can I make sure I order the correct size?

What do I do if I have not received my order?

If after waiting the indicated deadlines (with some margin) you still have not received your order, please contact us through the Form Contact.

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

Small differences in products are normal as all of our production is handmade, but if you think the product has major problem, please contact us using the contact form.

How can I change the size of a product?

  • You have a period of 15 days to change the products. If you want a size change, notify us using the contact form that appears in the Change Policy section.
  • Put the product you want to return inside a plastic bag or box cardboard to protect it.
  • Include a piece of paper with your order number, email address, full name, and a text indicating the size for which you wish to exchange the product.
  • Send it to BW MUSIC S.L Calle Santiago de Compostela 64, Torre 8 Local 35 – 28034 Madrid.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Once we receive and verify the perfect condition of the product in our warehouse, we take care of the new shipment from our warehouse to you at no additional cost.

How can I return a product?

  • We will issue a refund as soon as we verify the perfect condition of the product once we receive it in our warehouse.
  • Please note that we refund the cost of the item and not the shipping costs.
